psychiatric medication management
I provide medication management services online via a secure telehealth platform. Treatment plans are discussed and coordinated in a collaborative way, honoring your goals and values. There is no one size fits all medicine for common mental health issues like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. My approach is unique to your needs. The least amount of the most effective medication is always the goal of treatment. Intake appointments are comprehensive including psychiatric assessment, nutrition, physical health, support systems and relationship health assessments. Labs may also be needed.
Initial Consult Fee: $250 (Up to 60 Minutes)
30 minute Follow Up Fee: $150

Mental health counseling
As a mental health professional, adjunct mental health counseling is offered at every medication management appointment. The phrase "more than medication for your psychiatric care" is a unique part of the way I practice. In order to properly address medication needs, I often need to know more about your life stressors, nutrition, sleep quality, exercise habits and self-care.
To this end, all medication management appointments are 30 minutes in length allowing time to touch on the other important aspects of your life. Occasionally, some want more therapy time with me. If desired, you may also request stand alone therapy or extended appointment times allowing for more mental health counseling. Prices vary depending on frequency and duration. You may inquire about pricing.
PAYMENT AND FEES
You are expected to pay for services in full at the time of your appointment, but that does not mean you are expected to carry the burden of the full cost of treatment. We are out-of-network with insurance companies at this time and cannot bill insurance directly for services but will assist you in doing so.
Reimbursement will depend on your particular insurance policy and if you have out-of-network benefits.
You will need to call your insurance company to check if your benefits cover services provided at Integrated Health and Wellness, if this is important to you.
In an effort to keep this process simple for you, we will give you the necessary paperwork, a receipt and a superbill, needed to submit a claim to your insurance company.
Medicare and Medicaid patients are not covered.
